RATES & GENERAL CONDITIONS

• Maximum capacity 24 people
• Week-end rental from Friday to Sunday (or Monday), Mid-week or week possible
• Indicative rent (excluding charges) € 1.400 to € 2.200 depending on the season - special rates during Easter / Christmas / New Year / F1
• Charges
• Cleaning obligatory  175 €/ weekend
• Bed linen (per person: 1 fitted sheet 90/200, pillow case, duvet cover 135/200) towels to take with you / or upon request
• Water according to consumption
• Heating according to consumption
• Electricity according to consumption
• Logs according to consumption
• Tourist tax  1.37 €/ pp / night
• Waste bins 2 € / bag
• Dog  10 € / night (on request)
• No renting for parties or organised noisy events of any kind in the respect of the quietness of the place.
• Cash deposit to be paid on site 750 €
• 30% deposit on booking - Balance 30 days before the date of arrival
• Rental from private individual to private individual - Invoice on request medium supplement.
